Our Cranberry Salsa is a crowd pleaser and one of my most requested recipe. It’s easy to prepare and make ahead for any holiday gathering. It’s so versatile…. great with chicken or turkey in a traditional meal or just with cheeses and brie with appetizers. It is amazing with mexican food and tacos for those Felix Navidad parties.
Cranberry Salsa Recipe
1 bag of cranberries
1 small white onion
1 bunch cilantro
juice from 2-3 limes
1/4 tsp salt
1 jalapeno (optional- if you want it spicy. I usually make it without)
- Rise cranberries and cilantro.
- Chop cranberries, onions & cilantro in a food processor.
- In a separate bowl stir together chopped ingredients and add the remaining ingredients in! And you’re done.
Super easy and super yummy! Makes about 2 1/2 cups of salsa.
